Jason Fisher Bio

Jason Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Performance from the University of Montana while on a full athletic scholarship in track and field. After graduating, Jason applied his knowledge and experiences as a student athlete to start Kickstart Fitness. Since then Jason has become one of the most highly respected health and fitness specialists in Canada. He has regularly appeared on CP24 television and his training techniques have been featured on The Fight Network and The Score. Jason has been interviewed for magazines, newspapers and online sites such as Chatelaine, Homemakers, Health & Fitness, Toronto Life and Toronto Star. Jason was sponsored by lululemon and now is an ambassador for the world wide company.

Jason served as the Director of High Performance for the Canadian & Ontario Soccer Association conducting training programs and fitness testing for the Developmental National Teams. He had a similar position as the Strength Conditioning Coach for Canada’s National Basketball Programs. During his career, Jason has had the opportunity to train and consult with a diverse group of accomplished clients which includes 2 x NBA MVP – Steve Nash, 2 x World IBF Champion – Steve Molitor, NABA Lightweight Champion - Logan McGuinness, CFL’s Hamilton Tiger Cats – Jonathan Hood, Bio Reporter – Traci Melchor, Home Decorator – Debbie Travis, Toronto Raptors Head Coach – Jay Triano and Olympic Gold Medallist – Donovan Bailey. Jason has also conducted many seminars and training clinics for companies, coaches and teams around Canada such as the prestigious Nike Basketball Camp.

It is Jason’s mission to enhance the overall health of his clients by developing specialized programs and services that meet their wellness and fitness goals. These programs place an emphasis on maximizing results with great technique in minimal time.
