Training Overview

Kickstart Fitness trainers are well educated in training a diverse group such as pre/postnatal women, business professionals, athletes, children, teenagers and the elderly.

Kickstart Fitness will design a customized program for an individual or groups based on their specific goals and establish a periodized training schedule that is realistic to their lifestyle. A workout routine may consist of implementing some training components such as strength training, muscular endurance training, circuit training, plyometrics, speed & agility training, flexibility, calisthenics, therapeutic ball training and cardiovascular training.
